Faculty Position Openings

Full-time Tenure-Track Assistant/Associate/Full Professor in Diabetes and/or Insulin Resistance

We are seeking a highly motivated faculty member to work in the Diabetes Research Center at the University of Hawaii at Manoa – John A. Burns School of Medicine.

The ideal candidate will have research experience in the field of diabetes and/or insulin resistance and have active funding that can be transferred to Hawaii. The ideal candidate will have positive leadership qualities, a strong mentoring record, and cutting-edge research that position the candidate to join the Executive Leadership team of the Center and mentor early career stage faculty who are developing diabetes-related projects. An applicant who is a senior postdoctoral fellow who has funding and qualifies for an Assistant Professor position will be considered.
